After going through a mess of switching between the onboard sound as well as discrete sound cards and USB sound and with different drivers, I wasn’t able to pin the problem down.

Hi fox F6m bios is for Rev 1. Also, I didn’t want to hijack the other chap’s thread Gw-x58a-ud3r anybody have any suggestions as to how I might fix this?

You need to be a member in order to leave a comment. If I hook the front panel cable for HD audio on the CMii case to the mobo, and then hook up headset to front ports, the HD audio panel continually flickers back and forth between “mic” and “headset” detection dialogs.

Register a new account. I want to be able to have my headset up front with my speakers xudio up in back, that is the reason I like the HD audio.
Try turning ga-x58a-ue3r disk indexing. I can only suggest that you contact runn3R moderator and see if he can get hold of a copy for you that’s in English.
